Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Nadia's Gifts our customers are important to us and in the interest of satisfying our customers, we provide a satisfaction guarantee. We strive to meet the highest quality standards with our gift baskets and if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the gift basket, we will be happy to refund your money. Simply call us to arrange for the return of the gift basket and its contents within 3 business days of the delivery date. Please refer to the detailed return instructions outlined below.
Return and Refund Policy
At Nadia's Gifts, our gift baskets are made to order with the highest quality products. All products are inspected for quality prior to being shipped. However, if your gift basket appears to have been opened, damaged or tampered with, we encourage you to contact us within 3 business days of delivery to the gift recipient. We will make every effort to replace the gift basket and ship to your gift recipient within 5 business days. Please keep all damaged gift baskets and their packaging as it may be requested by the courier. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for damage not reported within 3 business days of delivery. If you have requested a refund, we cannot issue a refund until such time we have received the damaged gift baskets by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs incurred, as this service has already been made.

PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESSES CAREFULLY, particularly the postal or zip code. When the gift recipient's address consists of an apartment or condominium, PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE SUITE NUMBER. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in a delay of delivery and additional fees from the courier, which will be charged back to the customer. There are no refunds provided on gift baskets that have been delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

In cases when a gift basket is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you immediately for the correct or an alternative address to arrange re-delivery of the gift basket. There is an additional shipping fee, equal to the original fees. However, we are not liable for gift baskets sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.
All non-deliverable holiday gift baskets returned to us for any reason are non-refundable except in cases when the gift basket has been damaged. Please contact us immediately if the gift basket has been damaged.

Return Policy

Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized by Nadia's Gifts. If you have returned a gift basket without prior authorization, the gift will not be refunded. Please call us to arrange pre-authorization at 647.405.4471.
The gift basket being returned must be in its original box, with all the documentation, and in good condition to ensure a full refund. We cannot refund or replace the gift basket until the returned gift has been received and inspected by us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the gift is damaged. All single gift basket returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, multiple returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All refunds are on the purchase price of the gift basket only and can only be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.
Please note shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us immediately at 647.405.4471. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is delivered. However, if you attempt to cancel the order after the gift basket has already been delivered, we cannot cancel the order.
However, in either of the above cases, if the gift basket has already been produced, there is a cancellation fee of 20% on single orders and 50% on multiple orders. In addition, if the gift basket has already been shipped, there is no refund on delivery charges.

Substitution Policy
We may from time to time substitute an item from your selected gift basket with a similar item of equal or greater value in order to ensure that our high quality standards are met. We would only substitute an item to ensure quality, we would not compromise the design, theme or colour of the gift basket.
Nadia's Gifts reserves the right to change, amend, update or cancel any or all of the above noted policies at any time without notice. Such changes may be a result of changes imposed upon us by our courier, suppliers or other partners.
