Is your website and online shopping cart secure?
Yes, absolutely! At Nadia's Gifts we take your privacy very seriously. To ensure that your personal information is safe and secure, we have various security measures in place. We do not collect your credit card information anywhere in our site, including the shopping cart. When it's time to check out of your shopping cart, we take you onto PayPalTM where you may conveniently use any form of payment to make your payment through PayPalTM. Whether or not you have an account with PayPalTM, you may use their secure payment system to check out of your shopping cart.  

What is your refund and return policy?
If your gift basket appears to have been opened, damaged or tampered with, we encourage you to contact us within 3 business days of delivery to the gift recipient. We will make every effort to replace the gift basket and ship to your gift recipient within 5 business days.  Please keep all damaged gift baskets and their packaging as it may be requested by the courier.  Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for damage not reported within 3 business days of delivery. If you have requested a refund, we cannot issue a refund until such time we have received the damaged gift baskets by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs incurred.  Please refer to the Refund and Return Policies page for more details.
 
What can I do if I have placed an order and changed my mind after I have already checked out of my shopping cart?
If you have placed an order on the wrong product(s) or gave us the wrong shipping address or you have simply changed your mind, please be sure to contact us immediately by phone at 647.405.4471.  Depending on the time of day your order was placed and how quickly you phone us, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel your order.  Please refer to the Cancellation Policy in the Refund and Return Policies page.

Are the gift baskets sent exactly as they are shown online?
We do not pre-package your selected gift baskets as they are made to order.  However, we may from time to time substitute an item from your selected gift basket with a similar item of equal or greater value in order to ensure that our high quality standards are met.  We would only substitute an item to ensure quality, we would not compromise the design, theme or colour of the gift basket.

What is the shipping charge for gift basket deliveries?  
The shipping charge is based on the order destination, size and weight of the gift. It is automatically calculated for you when you check out of your shopping cart.  The more remote the delivery location, the higher the cost of shipping.


What is the Basket Club?
The Basket Club is for our customers' convenience.  You will receive coupons, and be among the first to know of special promotions, contests, upcoming events and much more.  To sign up, simply click on the Basket Club page and provide us with your email address, then you will begin to receive valuable information for all upcoming promotions and events.

How can I place an order?
There are two ways you may place an order with us. 
1) Online, using our shopping cart
2) By telephone between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST
Please note that it may take longer to receive your merchandise should you decide to place your order by phone.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all forms of payment via PayPal™, as well as money orders.  If you are sending us a money order, please call us to place your order.

What currency are your prices?
All our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).  For those U.S.A. residents, you can expect an average exchange rate of 1.10 on your dollar.  For instance, if your total order costs $100 CAD, you will pay $90.91 U.S. dollars (USD). However, your credit card company will charge you the appropriate exchange rate for the day your purchase is made.

What if I don't want to use my credit card over the internet? 
Although PayPal™'s online shopping cart is safe and secure, you may choose to call us at 647.405.4471 to place your order over the phone. 

Does your company offer volume discounts on gift baskets?
Yes!  If you are a corporation or simply a large volume customer, we are pleased to be able to offer you volume discounts.  If you would like to place a large volume order, please call us at 647.405.4471. 
Our volume discount is available to you if you would like to place an order for:

  • A minimum of $1,000 (before discount)
  • Shipment to one location
  • Payment to be received with order
  • All sales are final
  • Subject to quantities available

Currently, our volume discounts are as follows.  All discounts are applied to the total order before discount, shipping, handling and taxes, where applicable:

  • Orders over $1,000                 5% discount
  • Orders over $5,000                 7.5% discount
  • Orders of $10,000 or more      10% discount

Nadia’s Gifts reserves the right to change, amend, update or cancel the volume discount program at any time without notice. Such changes may be a result of changes imposed upon us by our suppliers or other partners.

How do I know that my order was received and is going to be delivered?
After your order is submitted you will receive an automated confirmation of the order.

What if I didn't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you have not received an order confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please call us at 647.405.4471 to verify your order was received.
If your questions have not been addressed, please call us at 647.405.4471 or complete the contact form and one of our friendly staff will respond to your question within 24 business hours.
